Subject: [PATCH] kludge a fix for the MySQL statustext index problem, fix
 s/serial/int/ for non-primary keys in part_pkg_taxoverride, and
 s/TEXT/LONGTEXT/ ourselves until DBIx::DBSchema 0.39
