Each hash reference also has an additional 'payby' field containing an array reference of acceptable payment types specific to this package (see below and L<FS::part_pkg/payby>).  Note these are not FS::part_pkg objects, but hash references of columns and values.  Requires the 'signup_server-default_agentnum' configuration value to be set.
