+This is an interface to the GlobalPOPs Media Services API for wholesale
+DID (phone number) provisioning.  It is only useful if you have an account
+with GlobalPOPs wholesale VoIP service.

+INSTALLATION

+To install this module, run the following commands:
+
+	perl Makefile.PL
+	make
+	make test
+	make install
+
